Rules & Regulations
- Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
- A booking confirmation email will be sent to the guest once the payment is processed.
- Production of photo identity while reporting at Adina Eco- Park is mandatory.
- A deposit of [100] % of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or QR Code Scanner other methods as specified.
- Booking is non-transferable.
- No refund is admissible after confirmation of bookings.
- Gazole Panchayat Samity, Government of West Bengal shall reserve its right to cancel any booking at any time in respect of any Adina Eco- Park in case of emergent situation and for the interest of public. The booking money will be returned to the user subsequently.
- Check-in time is from 11.00 am.
- Check-out time is by 10.00 am.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests will be accommodated subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Food Facility available at Adina Eco- Park. Payment procedure on Cash or QR scanner etc.
- Any changes to the reservation (e.g., date changes, number of guests) must be requested in writing and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for changes made to the reservation.
- Cooking is not permitted in the room.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the lodge or its contents during their stay.
- Alcoholic Drinks, smoking etc. and video shows are strictly prohibited in the Adina Eco-Park.
- Pets are not allowed unless specified otherwise in the booking confirmation.
- The maximum occupancy per Adina Eco- Park must not be exceeded.
- Authority has the power to take legal action against anybody for disobeying the rules and instructions issued from time to time.
- For Pre-wedding shoot or any other formal/professional shooting is chargeable. Normal photography is allowed.
- Adina Eco- Park is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Guests use all facilities and amenities at their own risk.
- Adina Eco- Park is not liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gazole Panchayat Samity.
